Our concept is not just to own and operate a professional club in the usual American approach. We want to produce players who can transfer successfully to greater levels of competition and communicate, make decisions, execute, and maintain fitness in step with the football academies and clubs in the world. We aim to upend stereotypes about football in the U.S.A. by making football knowledge transferable to our players. To do this, our leadership works to assemble and develop a professional team using specific methods tested and proven at the highest level of European football, upholding high-quality standards. 

Currently, we are unable to reveal our detailed structure, but we are excited to share some key highlights of our project:

• Team performance is the only factor that determines the worth of our model. It will provide a clear picture of the development of our philosophy and measurable success

• We are fearless in our idea to consistently promote the youngest professional soccer team ever

• Expertise is transferred through clear communication of “specific football language” among players and coaching staff

• Team structure will facilitate mentorship from professionals to young players, enhancing their prospects of playing professionally

• The REV business plan includes purchasing a professional club in Europe and building a football-specific training complex in the U.S.A. 

• We will pursue a detailed, planned process of educating media partners, community members, and other external stakeholders on the importance of consistent contextual language in the process of professional football
